During reservations for rides, there are provisions where names, address and telephone number should be entered. The purpose of those information is to prepare the drivers on the cause of caring out the assignment. The driver will need a number to reach the rider when at location, should know the name of the passenger to be served and the pick up/drop addresses of the client. Clients are also requested to enter their airline details where that applies for tracking of the flight in case of unexpected delays or in some cases early arrivals to avoid keeping the client waiting. We wish to use this medium to assure all our clients that their private information as mentioned above will be treated with utmost confidentiality and respect and will only be used for the purposes of carrying out the assignment within the jurisdiction of our service delivery.

As regards payment information, all payments by our clients, including tips (with exception of CASH tips directly to the drivers by the discretion of the client) must be made through our website where payment information are processed through STRIPE – a very secured payment gateway. Neither ATT LIMO management, staff or drivers would request information of clients credit or debit card (or any other mode of payment) directly or over the phone. Please avoid disclosing your payment information to anyone on behalf of ATT LIMO as doing that will be at clients own risk. ATT LIMO and management will not be held responsible to any risk associated with such disclosures hence won’t be held liable.

 We also want all customers to know that their information are kept safe and confidential and NEVER shared in any manner to any third party. We do not send advertising emails, bulk emails, or traditional mail advertising. We do not share your information with any organizations or companies outside of ATT LIMO SERVICE. The only purposes of collecting customer information is to fulfill customer reservations, provide an estimate for service. Your information helps us improve our services and we want all clients to know that we value their business and patronage.
